The property is good. But worst kind of maintenance. When we entered the room, we see 2-3 frogs inside.
No food available inside hotel. You have to ask the manager to buy food. He'll charge you unimaginably. Worst of all, he asked us to pay ₹500 extra at check-in time. While checking out, he returned ₹150 saying ₹350 for petrol charges to buy dinner. Stay away from this place. Never ever visit. Better find some other place to stay. Save your money.

i hardly recommend pls dont chose tia resort being couples.. the place and rooms are dam good but there is no food at all in the resort and there is no service person only one men avilable but totally money minded demanding money fa each and evrything the owner is dam worst in responding.. no water available in the pool a weekend day out is completely spoiled.. i harldly suggest couples dont chose tis place fa a group ya its ok.. but the environment is dam good and awesome and the rooms too...

Worst hotel with worst services, location is not near Thanjavur Junction even it is more than 20 Kms far from City Centre. I have booked for two night but checked out after staying only 10 Hrs
