I had a booking for 1 night for 2 rooms and 4 people. We all had a good experience staying and eating at the hotel. We had deluxe rooms booked, but due to some renovation work, they were not provided, but similar quality rooms were heartly arranged by the manager and he made sure we had everything we wanted.

1.First of all please correct your check in/out time on the Goibibio posting as it confuses people ,check in time is 12 and check out 10 I think.
2. The receptionist was really a gentleman and professional which I appreciate that.
3. Initially he didn't find my booking so it seems like it's not a real time update.
4. The room was ok,to be honest I was expecting a real class hotel room in such 5k price per night but when I found it was normal in the whole Mount Abu so from that perspective the ...more
