it's a simple decent hotel to stay at shirdi. especially, the location is excellent. just 300 meters from temple. staff is very good, service is also good. it's my 2nd stay in 2 years and found this hotel the most suitable for a one day stay and darshan. everything is available in surrounding
restaurants, atm, shops, prasad counters, locker counters.. all these are just at 5 minutes walking distance.

Rude staff,they didn't Co-operate with customers...they forced us to shift in a room with Indian toilet and unhygienic dirty room...we forced to change room in night...we are with family ....even after spending so much money we were helpless.... didn't recommended to anyone

Had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was unsatisfactory, I was charged for AC that wasn't working, there was no hot water, and the staff were unhelpful. Giving 1 star, as there is no option below 1.

Ideal for devotees to visit Samadhi Mandhir due close proximity. Shopping centre and choice of eateries are also easily accessible

Bed sheets and quilt covers were not washed. We had stains on them. Room was very dirty without proper maintenance. We had cockroaches in the room. Dusty everywhere! Bathroom was not clean either. We had booked triple bed AC room. Will not recommend anyone.

Dirty bathroom, rude behaviour. Rooms differ from those showed in picture. There is no triple bed room, they just put one mattress on the floor

We did the advance booking and We reached the hotel room at late night and still room was not cleaned and ready to use, also one room AC was not working. Although they provide other arrangements but it took so much of our time at late night.
Location is very good just behind the temple.
Staff was cooperative.
AC is old window AC not provide proper cooling.
