The hotel staff is not friendly. Even they were not open to get feedback and was arrogant and said write down online we do not care.
The AC is installed on the side of the room, so the room is not cooled properly. So I started fan but I was afraid the fan would fall from the ceiling all night.
Cleaning is not good in the lobby.
Force of water was not good.
Not worth the room price.
So to check these all hygiene which I heard from my friend as well and hence I called the hotel multiple times online, the phone number is given on the site, but there was no answer on the mobile number.

The Location was convenient and close to Devka Beach.
Check-in and check-out processes were smooth.
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay
Breakfast was good with a decent selection of fresh items.
The room had basic amenities.
Cleanliness was a concern - There was a roach in the room, which was quite unpleasant. There was also mosquitos in the room.
This hotel is a decent option for a short stay, especially you are looking for a good location and courteous staff.

Hotel cleaning and hygiene is perfect, but proper time is not maintain for check in and breakfast provide.
compare to facility and food... hotel and food price is expensive.

house keeping needs to be improved. the toilet sheet was not cleaned properly. dirt was found below the sit. also bath tub was not maintained. cold and hot water connection was reversed. windows were not cleaned

they had allocated 1003. when entered in room there was a smell. looked at bathroom and found that seat cover was broken. asked housekeeping to check. he cleaned and explained that the seat is like that only. we requested for room change. thanks for them to consider and change the room. but the cleanliness in the bathrooms was not proper. curtains were torn. sofa seat so dirty. stains on bed sheets and covers. in the toiletries, they provided only soap and shampoo. the only positive thing was that a couple of kids friendly game.

overall bad experience even after choosing gostay property
