the hotel location was good but the hotel rooms are not good the bathrooms are not clean also hot water is not coming food is average

the staff was excellent nd very co-operative. the manager navanath very helpful. good cleanliness. as i was there in shirdi for ima ms conference i have not visited restaurant area. check in and checkout easy. peace of mind

bed sheets are not good. they are using used ones. other facilities are not upto the price what we are paying. i recommend stay away from it.

It was a very nice stay. we all enjoyed the stay ,food and ambience. Location is very good and very very spacious. enough place for parking and also hotel is with driver rooms. In all a very good experience. we will surely visit soon. thankyou

Very very bad experience, No water for bath, no cable, no backup for electricity, Ac remotes are not working, breakfast service is also very bad, we have to do follow up for room cleaning, for arranging the soap etc, this all are basic things which they needs to improve. Hotel premises are good, staff also very cooperative.

Hotel Reception is very good and Appreciative,polite and attentive. But that's not sufficient for a Stay. House keeping not worth for the money we pay. Bed sheets not clean. After taking up we got. Bathroom door floor mat not Provided. After request they provided. Door unable to lock when we go out side. After complaint it was rectified. Tea we requested by 6.00am It was given at 7.00 am. Whatever we complain those things are immediately rectified. Very Good Service. But that's not the way a Hospitality is provided. For Rs ****/ per night , it is not worth it.

The hotel is very close to the temple. They have provided free transportation to the temple. Restaurant is also available. But, South Indian food is not available. The bed sheets are not clean. To be improved.
