walking distance to Sai Baba temple.
bedsheet and towel was neat and clean..
parking was in basement..
staff is polite and good...

TV not working, wall paints are out of order, no sanitary packs kept in washroom, no towels provided, toilet accessories are out of order. In overall, this is not up to the mark as it used to be.

pathetic service, booked 2 rooms with both included with child, no mattress was provided, they do not have regular aminities too. switches didnt work, charging points didnt work, room was smelling of toilet, didnot have dishes, glasses or cutlery to have dinner or lunch, no intercom for room service or reception, owner didnot even know which room he has accomdate us and keeps on asking in which room we have been accomodated, mixing our booking with some other bookings. all in all a pathetic experience,

Hotel is listed as 3 Star (🌟🌟 🌟 ) but it's not even of lodge standards. Hotel had confirmed dormitory for driver when inquired (before booking) but during check-in they denied availability and charged additional money for the same. Staff behavior and conduct too was very bad, they truly believe that our business on dependent on any customer and hence they do not care for customer and amenities. i am preferred this hotel every time i go shridi but day by day the hotel is getting worth..they don't have parking facility they don't have any proper serives management.. the only reason i had given 1 star is for bring milk for my son..i recommend a big no for this hotel.. i had wasted my money pathetic.. a/c is not working no hot water tv is not working better stay in guest house than this hotel.

This is the worst hotel where i have stayed till date as the room was different than the display photo and was very dirty.. there was no electricity and water.. was having very dirty smell in room and staff was very arrogent as they knew that amount was non refundable... pls dont book this hotel better way stay at any of Dharmshala
