The staff should learn the hospitality. The room was clean and the food was excellent. improvement needed on how the staff attends the customers.

the reception part was quiet awkward for me, as receptionist usually stares, if i’m paying a good price the i expect the should be a good welcome. that is the main part i want to say, just inform the hotel to not stare their guests. especially reception guy. it makes the person uncomfortable.

i have bookind in samta sagar but receptions are not provide the room .he asked me to rooms are not available. after i threat him thereforehe give us room ... bad behavior...very rude.. pls notice this complain...

Hotel located nearer to railway station and bus stand. rooms are big in size , neat and clean. Wifi and AC is in good condition. Food taste is OK.

The hotel owner asked me about marriage certificate on checkin.
Who is he to ask this question and when I cross question him that you can't ask me this, n even you can't deny me admission as per government rules, he starts behaving rudely and when I told him that I am central government officer then he allowed us.
This kind of behaviour is clearly undesirable.
