Hotel is good and placed in center of city surrounded by all commercial shops
24 hours hot water facility available
only concern Is lift is not there but they will help to carry a luggage to our floor

The rooms were medium-sized yet clean. There is 24X7 hot water availability and all the 3 rooms we got came with balconies. The only con is that there is not elevator and we had to climb 3 floors.

Hot Water: Available throughout the day, which is convenient.
Room Quality: The interiors are decent and comfortable, though the doors and cupboards give off an older, rustic vibe.

hotel is good. hot water came 1hour late due to current problem. night stay was peaceful. hotel/restaurant also within the hotel. so i am happy to stay there.
clean maintained. boy are compurt and healful.

The hotel is at the center of the Ooty and we can easily walk to few tourist places. Overall it was a nice place to stay with family. They can arrange the cabs for sight seeing places.

excellent place. ample parking space is available . hotel rooms are good. all good restaurants like a2b, kailash parbat and many more at walkable distance including pizzahut, dominos, kfc etc. all points are nearby.
