Stayed at Hotel sanmati for a short trip; the location was convenient, and the staff was polite. The rooms were clean but could use some upgrades, and service was a bit slow. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

very bad behaviour of receptionist,don't really know how to deal with customers,behaves very rudely and argued with us for nonsense reasons.Only to choose this hotel as this is 1km from railway station.

hotel was good, a good value for money. it is not easy to find a hotel with clean bed and washroom in this range. the staff was very polite and though they do not have a restaurant but they will get you food from nearby restaurant just like any room service. overall a very good experience

I have stayed here solo for two days. It was a nice experience with the Sanmati hotel. The staff and services of the hotel were amazing. Dilshad and Aalam from the managing team were truly supported.
I will definitely come back to this hotel in the upcoming days.

deeply disappointed with my recent stay. The bedsheets were stained, the washroom was dirty, and constant construction noise outside the room made it impossible to rest. This is far below the standards I expected. I kindly request appropriate action for this unsatisfactory experience.
