While the hotel has potential, there are areas that need attention. Most of the rooms appear to be in need of renovation, which impacted my overall stay. Additionally, the room service could be improved in terms of efficiency and quality. With some updates and enhancements, this hotel could truly shine.

i have kept returning to this resort time and again due to its hospitable staff and food. but this time whatever small requests we made to the restaurant was turned down. e.g. we requested the mixed veggies to be fried and served instead of gravy. it was a simple request...nothing fancy and could easily be accommodated. but they turned down stating that it's not on the menu. we earlier had much better experiences here but sadly the food taste has also deteriorated. it has become like the other average hotels.

Room is very good however little dissapointed with the placing of the comode in the washroom. Nevertheless experience is very good. Would come back again

Experience was good... the receptionist is very good...Rooms are very good spacious. Location wise very good. But the staff members ask for money individually while the guests leave the hotel... Which is very annoying... Nobody should pressurize any guest to pay extra tips and too much money

Horrible experience with spicy foods with no taste . Worst behaviour of most of the staffs and worst restaurant. We had to change our lunch and dinner plans to outside restaurants. Power cut for more than 2 hours in summer time not acceptable at all.
