it was a pleasant stay.they can attract more customers by providing some more services i.e. dental kit, shaving kit, bed tea or tea catel with materialsbehaviour of staff was good

the hotel and room were horrible, what they show in pictures and what actually the rooms are pathetic. also the menu and service were ridiculous, most of the things in the menu were not available. i had to order food from zomato. the mattress were torn ,spring coming out and the bedsheet was stained. all in all i will not recommend anyone to stay in this pathetic hotel.

Worst Property to book. We booked suite with flexible check in and when we reached at the property the room was not available and the receptionist was very rude and not at all replying to our concerns. We were not only the one who were having problems with there was one more couple. And moreover he had stayed a friend in his hotel with any reservation. I would never recommend some one to book this property not at all safe.

Staff is too good and helpful but they are not maintaining room or provide anitimies like after two time I call then they provide bath towel, tap is breakable , basket is also breakable. there is not doormat full room getting wet after bath.Dustbin be also not available ,Exhaust fan not work. I ask him to bring hot tea and they provide in normal tea which is cold. Tap breakable Basket breakable Dustbin not available Exhaust fan not work Door maat or bathroom mat not available. Tea is not hot. Dustbin is also not available.

Waited 1 hour for check in. Room was clean. No TV channels. Hotel is far away from sight seeing places. Food was delicious.

My stay at Sapphire World Hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The services and amenities provided do not justify the price charged. It felt overpriced for what was offered. While the location is somewhat accessible, it is not ideal or convenient for major attractions or facilities. The service was extremely poor. Staff appeared untrained and unresponsive to guest needs.
