There are a couple of things to note before booking this hotel stay.
I didn't find any toiletries, hair dryer, dental kit, or saving kit.
The room cleanness was poor, the bed sheet was having stains.
The complimentary breakfast had only four items - aalu prathe, sandwich, coffee and dosa, also there was a good amount of wait time to have the breakfast.
Also, the room size was small with no balcony or outside view, the door latch was broken.
The only good thing is - it is very close to the temple.

according to receptionist deluxe and executive rooms are of same size. no difference between deluxe and executive rooms they are unnecessarily charging high for executive rooms. Don't book executive rooms for extra fare. there staff not humble they are like they are doing some kind of ehsaan on us by giving us rooms in there hotel even after charging so much rent from us.

I got the complete different room rather than the photograph of room shownI already lodged the complaint yesterday but my issue was not resolved so far regarding the refund of my hard earned money.pls verify the photograph of room pls refund my booking amount atleast. You spoiled my vacation already

The room price was unreasonably high, considering the condition and standard of the room and hotel. It was nowhere near deserving of Rs 5000. We were informed upon reaching the hotel that the offline cost of the room is actually Rs 2800, which is significantly lower than the amount you charged us.

At prime location, very close to temple but too crowded place where the hotel is at. Very small hotel and very high price given the property. Very small rooms but newly built up. Staff needs training to learn how to treat customers

hotel management coprates a well they guides us to exact location and service was also very good
and rooms condition and other facility were nice
but has a good time with hotel sawamani and restaurant hope next time we would stay in same hotel
