This property all depends upon your agenda of travelling, if you are looking for a good beach side property with less crowd and clean beach and want to spend family time, this is the best property, this hotel is quite old and so are the rooms, do not expect much from this property when it comes to cleanliness. The food is very tasty and staff are well behaved.
The beach is hardly 30m away from the hotel. we had a good stay and enjoyed the time.

the room booked for me was 205 & 206 .. both the rooms were looking very old & the bathroom condition was extremely bad. the water flow was very little. we booked 2 days to stay it was a bad experience.

Very old hotel with no proper maintenance. Room and Bathroom was not cleaned and was smelling. Taking room for one night is totally waste. AC was not working properly, water leakage in bathroom and was not cleaned. Only good thing with this hotel, it is nearby beach.

the property is very old, it is not at all maintained. room was shaby and not clean. staff could have been more professional. also the sea view bar is closed, this was the main attraction point. so they need to specifically mention it. no wifi.

well this is the 1st time visit diu,and stay at sea view resort.but i must say it's a very good experience.the atmospher of the resort,location,food,rooms,cleanliness,staff all of are very good and supportive. the view of the resort is binomial.its made my holiday so special.must visit i tell you it's amazing.👍

This was the most pathetic and unhygienic place i ever stayed.It was not clear at all and room was smelling like anything and there were bed bugs. I would suggest not to book this hotel.
