Vicky auntie was very wholesome made yummy ramen for me late at night. she also told us where to roam around and good places near us. the stay was very homely. loved every bit. pocket friendly and good stay 💗

Serenity home is as good as home, but if you want a hotel like Ambiance and Feeling that will you miss you there . they have no specific menu for the food and the room has very dim light. And No room service provided on their own if you demand anything then they will entertain you.

Here's a summary of my stay at their homestay in February 2024 for 2 nights:
The homestay is conveniently located just a 5 to 6-minute walk to Chowrasta, where you can find popular landmarks like Kunga, Keventers, Mahakal restaurant, and Sing Studio. In the evening, you'll find street food vendors and hawkers for shopping. It's also just a 3-minute walk from the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR) Station, accessible via clean internal roads.

Love this hotel, their behaviour is too good, and the food is so yummy! the Kanchanjanga view from the hotel is fabulous. The coffee made by Madam is very nice to eat.

It was a bad stay there, the location was not so easy to access, half of your energy will take to climb up to the main road. The rate of the food was so high that you can't imagine. Two small boiled potatoes cost 30/-, one Paratha cost 40/- one plate of Aaloo Daam cost 150/-, and no room service, no house keeping, no toiletries kit provided, room heater cost 400/- per night. Overall it was not recommended for aged and children as the rooms is on 3rd floor, and there was no lift.

The room shown at the time of booking was not given to me. The owner says it has been given to someone else.The owner gave us a hair dryer for hair drying but when we were not in the room they opened the room with the master key and took it back.

In short, the hospitality of the owner and staff of this homestay is what I got when I needed it. I didn't feel like I was out of the house at all. I stayed for four days and the experience was good.

Stay was nice.View from the hotel is very good.Host was very welcoming.The only thing troubled us was to find the hotel as the vehicle couldn't go directly to the hotel it has to take longer route.We called up the host she sent someone to guide us.No parking available for four wheeler.
