Pathetic hotel
1. Electricity leakage in washroom
2. Rooms infested with cockroaches
3. Exhaust system don't work.
It feels like we are staying here for free.
4. Staff are arrogant and non cooperative

The staff was not good. We didn't get proper hygiene our room. There are undergarments of someone in the almirah. Horrible.

Overall good experience and worth staying there. Restaurant services could be little better by incorporating more cuisines and it appears that the western commodes in the toilets in the rooms could be little larger for guests convenience. Other things are good.

My experience was pathetic, book this place for 2N because they don't provide early check-in, wherein I stayed only for 14 hrs (no night stay). Quick highlight:
1) I reached katra rly stn I request them to provide the cab as it was raining and I had my 2 yr old kid and sr. Citizen parents but they declined.
2) when we checked in room geyser and tv was not working. Requested for repair but It was not resolved. My parents had to take cold shower before Mata trekking.

1. ac not working with generator almost mid night daily and even light comes up. you hv to call to turn on MCV.2. landlines stop working too when no lights3. washroom toilet papers not available A SINGLE DAY4. no cleaning person available in three days5.room cleaning up at the time of check in only. post no daily bed sheet change in last 3 days.6.no washroom cleanup in last 3 days7.only two small hand wash soap given at the time of check in and no shampoo8. no daily bathroom towel.
