Simply said when I entered the room the air conditioning was not working and the fans were also too slow .
In the summer season it is difficult to stay in the room .
After discussion shift to another room because most of the rooms are vacant otherwise very terrible to continue in the hotel .

stay experience is ok but main problem is food which is not available according to menu every second item is not available. we have done zomato for food requirements.

The location is very good. You can get a complete picture of vaishno devi hill.
The rooms are quite big with a water heater. Just a cons that this hotel doesn't have any room or bed heater.
