staff behavior are good.
the room is not worth the price.
not even a trash bin was provided in the room.
the room had many mosquitoes making it hard to sleep peacefully.
tv provided in the room didn't work as they hadn't recharged the service.

little bit away from temple. a visible board near road will be helpful to identify property. dogs are surrounded, so be careful. water blanket towel soap provided. tv was working. no issues w.r.t room and extra drinking water available at reception.

no extra bed for 3 adult and a child of 2years ... its very late nigh.. so i could not argue with the sruff ... very bad ... not suitable for family...

It was an average stay at the Shree Skantha's Inn hotel during our one day trip to Palani. The hotel is little far from the temple but it is walkable distance. No lift facility is a drawback for old people and people with difficulty to climb stairs. No restrarunt or tea stall nearby, so we either need to order food or go few kms for food. There is covered parking available but there is lot of space around the hotel to park cars. Rooms are in good condition. In our room, the bed spread was not ch ...more

Service is too poor… TV is not working following up since last 4 hrs didn’t turned up anyone . No dustbin in room.. common areas not clean.
