not properly maintained.Handles of doors and latches were disfun ctional/ defective.Tv, room intercom non functional.No name board outside.In reception name on small board as 'Aayodhya regency" whereas our booking was at shriram residency with misleading address.There seenes to be a deliberate scam of names.No food available nearby

it is in a small lane without any board. now it is named as ayodhya residency not shri ram residency. first day they have given us a room which is a kitchen with platform and sink and badly maintained and it is in another building without hot water facility and not drinking water is provided . after discussion they have shifted to another room in another building where there is common geyser for two room which is fitted in another room. if we have switch on geyser, we have disturb other room ...more

Hot water was not available, required cleanliness and insists customer to check out early even after check out time mentioned as 12:00
