1st:-Wrost experience, Wrost Hotel of karol bagh.They have no generator, light chli gyi toh andhere and garmi mei rehna pda,2nd:-Hmne 3 days k liye room liya tha but checkout se 1 din pehle hmne unke manager ko bola k next day hm sham ko 6 bje jayege , apka jo v charges hai vo btado hm dedege toh 800 mei done krdiya unhone, fer next day dusra koi admi tha usne 12 bje phone krke bola k sir owner nahi maan raha hai apko full payment krna hoga ni toh khaali krdo, so hme khali krna pda on the spot, ...more

They tend to put the customers on low class rooms first as bookings are least expensive compared to their direct booking price. Had to demand for a better room as the quality was not up to the expectation. Initially they said all rooms are booked and cannot be changed. However after making a scene at the hotel, they moved us to a better room.Hot water is not available 24*7 as the generation of the same is by diesel boiler. Advised the owner to mention in the profile for guests to know the same prior booking.

Room was clean and okay for the price. The manager was cold and non-responsive. Overall okay room if u get it below ₹1k.

Waste hotel. Full time some flies and insects in the room. For every time u need to call reception to on ac. And also they switch it off after some time. So again and again u need to call them to switch on it. And in bathroom and the bathroom mirror door there are full of small cockroaches. Don't keep any of your items like brush, dress and etc the cockroaches will enjoyed in that. When I enter and see the bedsheets. It was fully smell and stains are there. I can't tolerate it.
