Terrible worst experience ever in last 8!years with Goibibo Dirty rooms with cockroaches no cleaning done inspite of information waited for 40 mts because the room was not ready later on had a two day stay and no key was provided as they had no cards everytime have to come and ask reception to open the room only thing good was the restaurant ac remote not working very bad experience and unhappy with Goibibo customer care too no response to call on chat informed the sad state of affairs but the b ...more

very worst experience, staff are nonsense , rupees collected from and they are not given bill also, they nocked my door at morning for rupees, collected extra 1000 rupees for early check-in, but I unable to stay up to 11 pm, forcefully they given me check out

worst stay I have ever had. dirty beds with cockroaches and mites. Bathroom has leaked taps, broken shower, unclean. intercom not working, not even has connecting cable just looks like toy. worst customer service. need to call more times to make them visit. Food service is also worst. No zero star option, that's why 1 star.

It was a really bad experience, The receptionist & GM don't know how to talk to customers, They are not giving the room when it's already booked with advanced payment... Don't go & book this hotel....
