room was clean .. ambience was nice .. bathroom was also clean .. but, getting into the bathroom was a hassle because door opened inside .. but, overall good experience .. breakfast was nice

One if the worst stay i ever had. I booked two rooms, one of the rooms AC didn't work, after multiple call to the reception and 3 more hours in the hot summer night they shifted to a new room, e. Other room doesn't have bucket to take bath, they didn't provide even the basic amenities. Overall we had sleepless night in the hit summer. Never going to come back again

room service is very poor. huge piles of garbage near parking. it’s an eyesore. No hot water for bath. It’s a very ordinary hotel without any facilities. They collect huge tariff without offering any service. Never again Sivaraj Inn

I regularly visited many cities for my work regularly but first tym I got this bad experience
Their mattress is very bad
I am not even sleep in night due to very spongy
Even got back pain
Then I request for extra bed on floor then I m able to sleep
Also when I asked for invoice they don’t give me invoice and they even don’t provided computerised bill

Great hotel and near to highway , enough parking and decent rooms. Morning breakfast was good and super courteous staff.
Though i made one complaint regarding one of the dish ordered in room service which wasn't addressed either by restaurant or reception and had to pay for that dish though i didn't eat it.
Room service needs improvement and pricing for room service is quite high .. overall it was good stay.
