Great location! I would recommend taking a walk towards Chamba -it’s calm, peaceful and lush green forest.Truly serene. The staff was also very accommodating and changed my room on request so I could enjoy the best view from the balcony.

Hotel was at good location. Room was big and neat and clean with all the facilities. Staff was cooperative. They had their own kitchen, one can order or eat at the restaurant. Over had the great experience staying at snow-castle hotel.

Very Nice Views from the Balcony. But firstly i was given a Family Room instead of the room i booked and Secondly scope of improvement in room service.

Lot of negatives about the hotel
Firstly food quality is poor and need lot of improvement.Especially food quality is not suitable for kids
Water logging issues in washroom
Cleanliness and hygiene issues of bed and furnitures are there
Hotel is far from city and there are no market and restaurants/eating joints nearby
Staff is polite but that is mostly common across Himachal Pradesh hotels
Seems costly for overall facilities and it's more of Guest house rather than hotel

This is definitely one of the best property l've visited anywhere in Himachal Pradesh,it was very comfortable and relaxing experience for me. The staff and management was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely looking forward for my next stay with hotel snow castle.
