Room is well but staff behaviour not good.deluxe ac room is allotted for me but they took me to standard ac room. when I quarrelled with them then they took me deluxe ac room.They charge a lot of money even though I went to the hotel a while ago.

Rooms are below average, very small, Electricity goes off frequently and their generators do not supply for the elevator. Had to take the stairs after checking in and also when checking out. Service is below average. The bell boy and the guy at the reception offer to carry the smaller bag to climb stairs leaving the larger one for you to carry and climb the stairs.

it was descent. Sone demerits I found was that the TV setup box initially was running but after sometime it said no subscription and the floor was not cleaned well...it was very sticky....and the balcony was very dirty... and the hotel booking gives only 23hrs stay... not even 24hrs.

Hi
I am surprised and disappointed.
I personally visited and booked the room on emergency basis.
Since my dad was critical and under observation in KIMS hospital in ICU hence i could not shifted to check in.
But i felt it very bad and upset that instead of a call from hotel or back office that a guest didn't done the check in process.
But i am getting a message from your back office for the rating purpose.
Today i am getting a call from hotel for the rating purpose.
You must have an update ...more
