i recently had the pleasure of staying at sparrow cherry resort, and it was truly a delightful experience from beginning to end. the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything i needed. the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

Very bad experience. We requested for 2 plates one bowl and two bottles of water. they said we'll give then didn't come till 11pm. when called multiple times, noone received. We walked through a dark mountain ally as they swiched off all lobby lights and when approached they reception is closed and refused to give even drinking water. Literally quarelled and even threatened me and my girlfriend in the middle of the night. Very unsafe place. And later they denied everything

it is nice property offering the resort kind of feel. we stayed for three nights and find it comfortable. mg road is also not too far. will recommend

pathetic experience, location was not good, toilets-rooms Were not even cleaned properly, suffocation was there in the room.

stayed for 01 night here. very close to west point mall. to reach mg marg, have to walk a bit (mostly uphill). washroom not very clean. our room 201 had a damp smell. almost every room has a dining area from where hills are visible. the hotel has a small garden where we saw many sparrows.

I booked a hotel through Goibigo. At the time of booking we had a mountain view but the hotel staff gave us a normal room. The hotel staff does not behave well.
