pathetic, room full of cockroaches and mosquito, bed sheets and pillow in horrible condition, walls are moist, no tv, no mosquito repellent. no room service, i asked for a blanket it was given after multiple reminders after 12 hours of check in. no one at the reception. bathroom in terrible condition with foul smell.

It was a very bad experience for me that after booking and completing the payment through online payment mode.The hotel was trying to charge an extra fee from me and even the bad thing about the stay was when I tried to call customer support they are just I am extremely sorry sir we can't do anything other than sorry. After traveling 2-4 kilometres from Hatia station this was an experience I faced. no customer support, nor any settlement instantly they were behaving like we' ll arrange somethin ...more

Guest House is very ordinary but OK for one night stay. Don't take this guest house if you have to take a flight from the Ranchi airport because it is situated at the backside of the airport.
