I booked 2 rooms with an Indian style washroom but they (Receptionist) provide only one room with western style washroomBehavior is horribleHorrible experience

Worst place to stay. Hotel management demanded for additional amount during checkin. They didn't allowed unless I paid additional amount. Rooms are not clean, no lift, no room service, no proper mattress, no cleanliness. Prefer not to be here.

I booked a room in Gokul residency.But at check-in time. they refused to give a room and told me that they can't give me a room. it is not profitable for them..They said if I give 250Rs. In case... they will allow me to my roomOtherwise, no entry.
