I booked a room with the category "Premium suite with bathtub". The pics listed of this room are deceptive, there is no view from the balcony.
Most of the common items that should be made available even before check-in were not available, like Towels, dental kits, comb, foaming gel for bathtub. Even the quilt that was to be used was folded badly and kept disorderly in almirah.
The kettle tray was having almost nothing, even after multiple requests, it was found that they are even out of Milk ...more

negative. There was no one at the reception in morning. The manager came at 10:00am after calling him multiple times. asked for refund but all in vain.no water in room since 5:00am
