FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD They produce false food bill amount to pay very confidently. Produce same repeated bill when asked for price breakup then manipulate in calculation. Produce lame excuses as mistake when caught, as they know very well most of the travellers don't have time to check thoroughly. They didn't prepare bill even after 1 hour notice before check-out to take such opportunity. Owner/Manager was very rude and careless about the complain. Like in bronze room no balcony, no kettle, no geyser provided. But over there add everything is mentioned. Bed size not at all Queen size. Location is too far and very less public transport available. Every day at dinner time received day time leftover same food( rice thali). Food Menu also has wrong information in quantity.Cleanliness and staff are good but manager who is managing in reception need some jesture training for that profession.

hotel subarna rekha is newly opened hotel. Positive - It's very nice hotel. rooms are quite spacious. Great interiors and very well maintained rooms. staffs behavior are very polite. Very much clean property. We just enjoy our holiday. room decorations are quite impressive. Negative - 1)foods are overpriced.food quantity was less. food quality & taste was not up to the mark.2) t.v was not working. apart from that we enjoyed our stay so much here. We will come again here😊
