1- Expectations didn't met because we are came herefor 3 rd time and didn't got best service even after informing about the leakage in bathroom and Guieser didnot worked even after informed and prepaid.

No proper amenities & furniture is very old, Bathroom door lock is broken. Not worth spending too much rupees.

not sure about other rooms but the one provided to us was very filthy, the furniture was laufen with dirt, the walls were molded probably black mold, the sheets were stinky too and the room had that dampen smell due to lack of ventilation. upon asking for water repeatedly one bottle was provided that too on chargeable basis and the water was locally packaged one not from certified sources like bislery. we were denied room change on pretext that all rooms are occupied. the only reason to sta ...more

The locality of the hotel was good, but the rooms were not at all clean.The bedsheets were worn out and the room smelled of cigarettes.

As per the room tariffs property is not maintained standard rooms walls are damp cracked and untidy no paint is done from long time looks like very old and bathroom gates were cracked , window is there in the room but outside window if you peep lot of garbage is seen, overall not a worth property in such a high price. bath towels are old and also pillow covers are dirty when you first time check in , so need to get them changes ! overall not a good one !!
