the property is awsome. staff are also nice except for the receptionist girl who was very rude and i checked out in morning 6am without anyone present at the reception. when i called her she said she is sleeping now and keep the key on the desk. i have to open the main gate myself. the phone was not working. no proper parking space. no welcome drinks served or welcome scarf given. the receptionist girl was not paying any attention as if i was a beggar. disappointed . never planning again.

poor stay experience. this hotel is not welcoming at all. i travel solo most of the time, but never faced such unwelcoming behaviour, from the very moment i stepped in. food was also overpriced with limited options.

The view is amazing. we stayed in room number 401 next to the restaurant. Mesmerizing view of Kanchenjunga and other mountains. The hotel is located at a great height which gives a panaromic view and at night the lights from the houses on the adjacent mountains feels like stars.

food prices are exorbitantly high..very bad..👎..other facilities are good..location,viewing and specially welcome of guests is superb..we felt proud in such a nice welcome at entry time..👍

Good location and welcoming staff but food quality is pathetic ans exorbitantly priced. It is better to avoid food at this hotel except breakfast

stay was good. room has all basic amenities. but room size smaller compared to the images shown. may b we were not given the same room as shown in picture. service is great, staffs very cooperative. but food is too costly. also no local shop near by because the location is on delo hills.
