This hotel is near from site seen points however it’s far from market area. Wi-Fi not available. Facilities like hot water and heater is available which is a must. Overall good experience.

rooms and whole accommodation was very filthy.. nothing was clean and very disorganized.bad smell, food was intolerable.

They have not provided internet facility as mentioned at the time of booking. Overall, it was good but we faced a lot of difficulties due to internet issue.

Horrible location to reach. Nightmare to reach this spot by car. Climbing up the snow covered path is another nightmare not for old people. if you are looking for a decent spot, stay near market. The boys wake up only after 9 am for any service.

Staying in there Gulmarg property with -1 temp.
no heater
no center heating after 11 pm when the temp decrease.
no heating blanket which they promised the time of check-in.
THEY DON'T HAVE THE FOOD MENTIONED IN THE MENU.
They serve what they are convenient in making.

The bathroom was not good. Geyser was not working which is basic thing required in Gulmarg at 7 degree. Taps were broken, need to use with soft hands so it doesn't come in your hands.
The staff tried to fix the geyser but could not as they dont have the skills. They are good but very casual in service. Don't expect any professional service. I booked the hotel as this is the last option available. I recommend only go here when you dont have any other option. The charges are way higher for what we get.

The exp.was very good there. Staff was very polite and helpfull. I think it is the cheapest hotel to stay at gulmarg. There is a shop between hotel high land park and sun and snow where an Uncle serves a good cheese maggie, pranthe and bread omlet its a must go place and for skiing never go to gandola you will find a place just in front hotel sun and snow for skiing also
