very dirty hotel ..no facilities is there ..feeling cheated..they r not refunding my money ..no restaurant no dustbin no water facility available..very bad experience

Rooms are not cleaned properly during my check in. Inner wears used by previous customers were available in the bath room. No basic kits like toothpaste/ soap/ shampoo been provided. Even water bottles are charged for Rs. 25/can.
Also no interconnect phone available in rooms to reach out for admin/ hospitality in case of emergency.

The place is very secure with no fear of trespassers. CCTV cameras are everywhere inside and outside the hotel premises (except the rooms).
