i paid for complimentary breakfast and lunch but they denied for it so i feel completely cheated

The service was poor. We had to call the reception multiple times for any requests, as they were slow to respond. Guests who book are not given any amenities. Moreover, there is a noticeable lack of coordination between the morning and night shift staff. Overall, our experience at this hotel was disappointing.

There is no toilet paper, no water, no hot water, the flush doesn't work, and there are many bed bugs and cockroaches in every room. Also, the staff is not cooperative, worst hotel ever. Even though I paid 1200 for an extra mattress, they didn't provide blankets. don't book it you'll regret
