The accommodation is very good and its hospitality and boy sittings at reception are too humble and co-operative with a classic and hygienic environment. The location is also very peaceful

We had paid complete payment for the stay at the time of booking itself. The hotel when we went morning at 8 and asked for extra money for early check in which was fine for us but we told will come back and do normal check at 12.
When we came at 1 in the noon they told we sold it to someone else so please talk to customer care and denied our check in.
Which was a very bad experience and time waste.
Since it was long weekend it was hard to find a stay.

Rooms are good and 10 minutes away from secunderabad railway station. Service is also good and amenities are also good. Just one thing is to be added that is there are no bord or any display to find the hotel when we reach with the help of map. we have to ask nearby to find the property. please affix any display to reach customer easily. Everything is good here.
