worst experience. The hotel charged per day and there was no towel/soap provided nor there was any blanket. It was beside the railway station and the train noise was huge. The bathroom was not hygienic and was dirty. The shower was broken, the bathroom door lock was broken. The walls were damped and no maintenance at all.

this time it was very bad experience. i waiting 1.5 hr with out ac room . hotel staff told me that there is no staff to clean the room it was very bad think if the hotel staff no available plz don't book the rooms for customer. and I try so many time to connect with goibbigo coustom no but they not received my call. next time looking this type of problem and plz do needful.
