stained bedsheet, stained wash basin. no kettle, no water bottle.absolute nothing to feel it's a 3 star hotel.it's just a ac room.rest room has bad odour.noisy exhaust fan..pretty awful experience.

pleasant and well maintained rooms, great hospitality, well behaved and professional staff, they have resturant in 3rd floor and the food was mouth watering, perfect for family and friends, located at the main road, everyone in mandya knows about Hotel Surabi.

Nice and decent. Service is good. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Reception friendly and helpful.
Only drawback. Linen and mattress not clean until we asked to change
