rooms are very conjusted according to dalhousie rooms ,ants are walking on floor with wall.and wet bed sheet given with extra mattress.ceiling fan is not available on both rooms , table fan given to us ,hot weather feeling at whole night .no ceiling fan ,no ac in room,

there was no service in morning...tea etc till 8am.....no kettle ..tea coffee bags water etc in room.....poor breakfast menu etc....need improvent in all areas...onlyv recption people are very cooperative

The property is located at a good location and view from hotel is very good. The staff behaviour is good. The food quality was excellent. The property is a bit old but was kept clean.

The hotel is at a perfect location.
The view of spring looks very good from here.
Staff behavior was also very good.

oveall stay was nice. staff was helpful and great service provoded. room has good view and quiet. the bathroom hand shower was not the best and water pressure was low. the hotel is a little walking distance from gandhi chowk so it is not noisy outside.
