pros. 1. beach side 2. swimming pool 3. selected rooms have 🛀 cons. 1. washrooms and towels are not properly cleaned 2. very limited items in complementary breakfast 3. rooms don't have phone to call reception or housekeeping 4. hospitality is little off the mark 5. Didn't notice any elevator service 6. much overpriced for the amenities provided 7. though the room in go ibibo had bathtub mentioned by the side, the room did not have any

the experience was avarage. staffs were not very welcoming. i had to ask 4 times a day just to get an extra pillow. same with water bottle. so we had to buy 5 litre water bottles from outside. bathroom fittings were broken. the main door lock was not very easy to operate. food was average as well and they can't customise food for kids. The security personal and manager was not proffessional. Only positive thing is the pool, specially for kids.

Rooms are good, clean, spacious, housekeeping does their job well. Now the food, it was the worst experience with food I have ever tasted, they were really bad, they were not fresh, have no taste and they use same gravy for many items, they don't have many items from the menu available, like Tandoori, etc., also they serve vending machine tea that's gross, their staff gets confused with the order many times, they added up another room's expences to our bill, If someone wants to stay just for the ...more

This hotel is good but it has pros and cons. First they don't provide kids friendly meals. I had a very tough time in feeding my child. Pros : 1. Very good location 2.Direct beach access 3. Great clean and well maintained rooms 4. Swimming pool has water slides which kids enjoy. Cons: 1. Overpriced. 2. No hair dryer in washroom. 3. No floor wiper is provided which is great reason to fall in the bathroom and room . 4. Food is average 5. No kids friendly meals provided 6. Poor drinking water providing service

It was my first time here.I went there with expectations but I was disappointed.Here is some reason. 1. We ordered something for enjoying with our drinks but even after 1 hour the food was not delivered to us. Then when we called supervisor then food came and that time our drinks were finished and fishes were cold. 2. They took 1000 rs for early check-in. These two things disappointed me.I will never visit this resort again rather I'll choose another good resort when I'm paying 5000+ rs.
