    one of the property in the prime location of small hill town of Kurseong. no proper reception. it is in between the restaurant. no staff is courteous enough to help you check in with your luggage. property requires maintenance. staff only looking for extra money. have to ask repeatedly for items you require. hotel doesn't have drinking water except mineral bottle water, can you imagine? all facilities worn out or broken. room and toilet ventilation is poorest.     They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

    This is a budget hotel. clean and well located but fooding cost is extremely expensive, one person Rs. 3,000 daily is not realistic for a budget hotel customer. However food quality good.
