I had booked this hotel through Goibibo for my boss and his family, expecting a smooth and pleasant stay. However, to our shock, upon arrival, the hotel denied check-in, citing overbooking. Without any prior intimation, they shifted the family to a nearby substandard hotel that was nowhere close to what was promised.

I recently stayed at this property, and it was an amazing experience! The cool breeze, lush greenery, and beautiful surroundings make it a perfect retreat. The property is well-maintained, with a stunning pool to relax by. Its proximity to Athirapally Waterfall, just a short walk away, adds to its charm.

worst hotel, inspite of booking a diamond suite room, got a lower room as told that the date of my Booking was not changed, breakfast was horrible, room was bad, no hot water service. swimming pool was bad

Fan running very slow. Even shampoo provide on demand. Teared office towel. Break fast reasonable.

Worst hotel ever.... No staff available there. No food in hotel and at nearby areas... The cost is very very high as compared to service and amenities. Location is like inside a village.... Rooms are not clean at all... The picture they posted are very old... Now it gives the feel of horror house.... Worst experience ever.. Still if anybody want to waste his/her money by staying at this location, then please go with your food...
