I had very good experience. Only the front staff need to be polite and helpful that wasn't. hotel room was fantastic Fully clean as per my expectations. The breakfast food served was delicious. I recommend Citrus with full marks. If they change front staff behaviour I had given 5 * rating.

it's just a basic hotel, similar to some 2 star category.they r showing a wrong Star rating by calling it 4 star.The location is very bad, the hotel is surrounded by construction work going on nearby.food is average. service is slow.below average hotel. not worthy for money paid.

Location and the property were both excellent. However, on being told about the dysfunctional AC, the management showed a very callous attitude. We slept without an AC for the entire night. Only if they were a little more hospitable.
