this hotel won't provide umbrella from entrance to parking when it was raining they don't care guest after complet payment in the rain only went to parking area am completely wet too bad too worst I asked tye umbrella but they don't care at all

bath rooms are pathetic, unhygienic. towels are dirty.it a task to get hot water.Later asked for assistance. But staff are very nice.

Very bad as of now. Other than big room, nothing is right. Outskirt location. Very poor occupancy. There was bed-bug smell. It took more than 2.5 hrs to change room. Poor room service. People forget orders. Inability to communicate other than Telugu. Hardly any options in food menu though written list is exhaustive

hotel name is very well known but it's 30years old property so they have to improve and modify the rooms and services. hotel provides tea bags but they don't have milk powder. what's going on 🤔

overall the stay was very bad & horrible at night with full of mosquitoes, no sleep at all, shown room. is different as they given to me, very old hotel, it'd not new looking, old ac without maintenance, the hotel group is very big & not expected these type poor maintenance.
