we have booked 2 rooms and hot water was not available in 1 room and in second room water tab mixer cap to start the shower was not there. they just advertising thst they have the 3-4 star hotel but it's not at all like that. very poor services.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Hype I booked The Grand Legacy Resort & Spa in Mahabaleshwar after reading several positive reviews, but my experience was far from what was promised. My stay was a mix of positives and challenges. The room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The food served by the restaurant was delicious and well-prepared. However, the bathroom needs an upgrade as there was a noticeable sewage smell, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, staying with an infant was challenging as we had to request multiple times for a bottle of water to prepare baby food. Improving service responsiveness would make the stay much more convenient for families. Hope to see these improvements in the future!

I would like to recommend this hotel for fellow travellers to Mahabaleshwar. overall happy with the service. Deducted a star for untidiness due to ongoing renovation work around the swimming pool and restaurant area.

I enjoyed my two nights stay at TGL, The location is good, all the sightseeing points are around 6 to 10kms away from the hotel. Room - Big and clean room. washroom - it's clean and hygiene is maintained. Food - bit expensive but overall good. happy with the stay.
