Un-professional behaviour of staff. service pathetic. Dont book unless you have other better option in CP. will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel rooms are well equipped with essential amenities. The staff was supportive. I must say, the breakfast includes many options and the variety is quite tasty.
Overall I had a pleasant stay at decent price in the good locality of New Delhi.

Bathroom drainage is elevated, spill over water does not drain, Bath tub drain was not working properly, filling water took 45 min and it was drained in 10 min. The wooden cabinet for the refrigerator was eaten by termites. The main door lock was not latching properly. It was not expected with 4 ⭐ hotels to not maintaining the rooms.
