i had booked dulxe room but he gave normal room only, toilet not clean and it’s bad smelled , so we are not comfortable, there is no proper matt and bed is not clean

Positive things
Cleanliness is very good, services also very good, food also good.
improment things
Require to provide Basic requirement, like ( Bath Mug, Bath Table, matrices Hot water for bath etc)
Nagative things
I was booked the room for 2+1 bedroom, but when i was check in i got double bed room, hotel poster shows in Gobibi with swimming pool, but it was not there, it is just like mischif with customer
as a customer i always remember such types of facilities received from Goibibi register hotels

Room was very unclean. Especially the restroom. I had paid so I had to stay. Will never think of going there. TV wasn't working, so was Wi-Fi .
