very horrible experience. staffs are not at all spontaneous with the service. AC is not working. washroom is not cleaned. Will not recommended to anyone.

The Kolam is located in a prime and well-connected area. The staff are good, helpful, warm and very prompt in their services. However faced some issues with the bath fittings, the water flow from the faucets in the bathroom and the a.c. Maintenance issues were slightly worrying, if these can be fixed, it'll be amazing. The food was good and both the stay and the food were quite pocket-friendly.

Everything is good, only the bathroom would have been a little cleaner... The hotel's atmosphere is very good... The staff is very good... Very helpful...
