the hotel is right next to the kullu bus stand / central mall which is a great location. room size is good and all the essentials work well - hot water for bath as well as wash basin, clean bathroom etc. our room did not have a heater but the blanket / bedding provided was sufficient. we had ordered food from room service and that was quite okay too. not super amazing, but not bad either. we had to check out quite early in the morning and after informing hotel staff about this the previous ni ...more

the experience was very dissatisfying because of the low quality services provided for refrence their bathtub was broken and they mades us wait till night for the extra bed and there was only one staff attending us with a disastrous behaviour and the quality of the beds were also very poor and afterall the xperience was not satisfactory and it ruined our trip in several ways

It's my favourite hotel in kullu. The rooms are very spacious with all the amenities. only negative thing is WIFI is slow.

worst experience ever very rude and arrogant staff we told them in advance that we will be checking late and still when we reached they were not prepared they had placed dirty bedsheet and dirty blankets the guy who opened the door was drunk as hell and was not helpful at all and was very rude with us when we complained about the dirty bedsheet he didn't even helped with our luggage we were a group of 7 girls and we took our luggage to second floor by ourselves worst stay ever!!!
