A good space for the a pre wedding functions, we attend Haldi function of my friend, food was superb specially mushroom kebabs and the room interiors and location was good 👍 i am so happy with The Palatial services..

Our stay at "The Palatial Hotel" was an unforgettable experience.
The hotel is conveniently located and easily found.
The rooms were well equipped and comfortable.
The staff was friendly,fast and obliging.
I was very pleased with my stay
I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel is in a good location and that is the only good part of this hotel.
They do not have dedicated parking space, and it is very difficult to find a place on a conjusted street.
Rooms are not that much good and feel like you are in a dark place.
Lights are not enough. the landline is there, but without connection, you can not make a call to reception.
They provide comb, body lotion, and shower gel but do not provide shampoo,paste, and brush.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel is not worthy at all .
Rooms r not good The bathroom door was broken TV Is not working The service is also poor . They are insisting to get a good rating from every one but they need to work upon accordingly
