The hotel location was good. The rooms were clean. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast options were limited. Shockingly after paying an advance heavy room rental , there is no AC. We upgraded the room with 50% extra charges which was equivalent to a 5 star hotel. Do cross check room facilities while booking the rooms.

Excellent hotel in good locality. This is close to the mall road. Parking space is also there. Clean room with good staff. Very nice hotel and value for money. Keep it up Clean room with clean wash room

Rooms are clean and well maintained and staff was helpful. Services are good. Talk about location, well it is located at center place 5min walking distance from main square market and 10min distance to bhagsunath temple by car NA

The electric kettle was not clean. Contaminated Drinking water was provided by the hotel, the Room service was very pathetic, the food Quality is very bad, accommodation was not worth the money.

We first arrived at the hotel to check out their rooms before booking. They showed us decent rooms that had what we were looking for. Then, we proceeded to book standard rooms... After having done the booking at a better price than their hotel price, they showed us the worst possible standard rooms at the basement level, where the halls were full of smoke and the lift didn't reach that floor.
