to be very honest on feedback , liked the location of the resort & the property. the biggest flaws is maintenance & service. i stayed for 6 days in luxury villa. the rooms are big but not maintained. most of the time no water , damp room , house keeping not available if i called them they come after long time . service & maintenance they need to improve it’s very bad. food is ok the bengali cook is very nice he cooked some good bengali food for us would like to convey to owner & management ple ...more

Our stay at Pugmark Jungle Lodge, Tadoba was nothing short of amazing! We spent two wonderful days in a luxurious cottage that was well-equipped with all the essential amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. We stayed here for a day. Initially there was some mishap with the booking.While the property is very beautiful and well planned the maintainence of the rooms is completely neglected.The bathrooms are shabby and were stinking the whole time. Food was good, Will not recommend this to anyone. Not worth the money at all

The cottage allotted was not to mark. Flush of commode was inoperative. Also recharge on TV net was not done. We have made complaint, the staff was denied and made statement that it's off season now so we can't entertain.

We stayed as a family in their villa rooms. The rooms are spacious and equipped with modern amenities including AC, TV, mini fridge. The staff is polite and courteous. The food options are limited but nicely prepared. They arrange breakfast during safari and timings are well managed. You can carry your own booze if interested. Swimming pool is well maintained and location of the resort is scenic (near Irai lake).
